Getting it shipped.
Scope, schedule and release readiness across five concurrent institutional rollouts. Introduced planned release cycles and dedicated QA environments in place of delivery driven by escalations. Owns hiring and compensation for the division and designed the technical hiring process.
Product
A trading front end.
A React web and Flutter mobile trading application built on platform APIs — the class of product a retail investor would recognise. Defines the feature set, the API contracts and the timeline; directs five engineers and an external agency.
Security
Clearing the bank gate.
Internal security authority for the platform. Authors third-party security assessments for tier-1 banks and directs the remediation work that clears them.
Translation
Business into build.
Turning trading requirements into specifications engineers can act on. The part of the job that decides whether the rest of it works.
